All signers must appear in person and have 2 forms of valid id which may include:

• A driver's license or identity card issued by any state
• A U.S. passport or an officially recognized passport of a foreign country
• A U.S. military identification card
• An identity card issued by a federally recognized Indigenous tribe
• At least one current document issued by the federal government or a state, county, or other local government which contains the person's photograph.

Ensure all required documents are completely filled out with no blanks or missing portions before notarization. Notaries are not permitted to provide forms or give advice on filling out documents, so seek guidance from an attorney or the recipient of the document if necessary. The notary will also visually scan the document for completeness before notarizing it.
